Referrals

All referrals should be sent using the Electronic Referral System (ERS) using the standard MSK Sheffield Referral Proforma. Please choose either Orthopaedics or Physiotherapy on ERS:

• Orthopaedics - Shoulder and Elbow - MSK Sheffield
• Physiotherapy - MSK - MSK Sheffield Shoulder and Elbow

All referrals will be triaged by a Consultant and/or Senior Therapist to direct the patient to the right service.
