What is back pain?
Back pain is very common and affects most of us at some point in our lives.
Having back pain can have a big impact on your everyday routine – making you feel as though you are unable to carry out normal activities such as work or hobbies.
It usually gets better in a few weeks, though it can sometimes last longer. There are simple things you can do to help ease the pain, and it helps if you can continue with your normal daily routine as much as you can.
